Order Cancellation and Refunds
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us via email as soon as possible after the order is placed. An order will not be able to cancelled after pre-sale is ended (if it's a pre-order product) or after the shipping process started (if it's a in hand drop).
If you've received a wrong item or something obviously does not match the description, please contact us via email for refund/replacement. We are not responsible for item lost due to shipping carrier's mistake or a wrong/invalid address provided by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
